Full Job Description
Bergsen Metals is seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Offer product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and comprehensively.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
