Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate development, or private equity.
- Preferred healthcare transaction experience in Dentistry, Dermatology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, Optometry, or Emergency Medicine.
- Proven ability to support transactions from sourcing to close.
- Experience in a fast-paced transaction environment with the agility to meet narrow timelines.
- Texas Real Estate License a plus.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Location requirement: Ability to work in either the dynamic atmosphere of Dallas or the thriving environment of Houston, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in building complex financial models.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Job Requirements: As a Business Development Analyst at Xite Company, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial evaluations of healthcare practices in Dental, Dermatology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, Optometry, and Emergency Medicine for buyout opportunities, holding company, and joint venture partnerships.
- Engaging in insightful interviews with healthcare professionals to understand their long-term goals, business needs, and objectives in the sale of their practice.
- Analyzing the financial performance and business metrics of healthcare practices.
- Managing both initial and confirmatory due diligence processes.
- Performing comprehensive financial statement analysis and data mining of key performance indicators from enterprise systems.
- Developing valuation models and preparing board-level presentation materials for investment decisions.
- Conducting macro-economic, industry-specific, and competitive insights research as needed.
- Drafting internal investment memorandums.
- Providing support for the legal transaction process.
- Offering ancillary support to the Business Development Team to facilitate successful transaction closures.

Benefits
Extensive background and credit check will be performed. The position is based in either our Dallas or Houston offices. Base salary plus incentive compensation structure will depend upon experience.
