Bartender - 10/26 - Houston, TX

StaffWerk is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders for a special event on October 26, 2024, in Houston, TX. As a Bartender, you will showcase your mixology skills while ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft, garnish, and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all tools and supplies are well-stocked and accessible.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guests’ consumption to promote a safe environment.
• Coordinate with event organizers and other staff to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during the event.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash management during the event.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous bartending experience, particularly in event settings, is preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and mixology techniques.
• Certification: Responsible Beverage Service certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Availability: Must be available to work on October 26, 2024, for the entire duration of the event.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour
