About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Perry Weather’s growth through new customer acquisition and expansion. In this role you will be building and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to securing the deal. We are looking for an ambitious individual who seeks to be the top performer in their organization. Ideal candidates will have experience with cold-call prospecting and excellent communication skills.

In this job you will:

  • Run the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Meet weekly call and demo KPIs
  • Perform virtual and in-person demos with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota requirements

Requirements

    • 1+ years of sales experience strongly preferred in a "hunting" environment/role
    • Ability to prospect and manage the entire sales process effectively
    • Ability to build strong connections with prospects 
    • Strong pipeline management skills 
    • Strong track record of quota attainment
    • Nice to haves:
      • Prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS or connected hardware company
      • Prior experience in markets including school districts, parks and recreation departments, golf courses, and/or universities
