The Account Executive role requires a positive attitude and ambition along with keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful. He or she must be a collaborative problem-solver. This candidate will be the key internal contact for tactical account management with the goal of managing multiple client projects on a day-to-day basis and mastering the elements of marketing communications.
Requirements
Essential functions
- Be punctual, professional and dependable
- Be proactive, anticipate and solve problems
- Assist supervisor with developing marketing communications briefs
- Be the expert on the day-to-day operations of assigned clients
- Get work through the Agency efficiently
- Prioritize work and handle multiple tasks effectively; work well under pressure
- Open and track projects in agency systems
- Develop/assist in the development of performance reports
- Obtain all necessary information from Client and internal team members to give proper direction on projects
- Assist supervisor with tactical development
- Issue follow ups, time reports and status reports in a timely fashion
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of related work experience
Preferred Experience
- Professional experience in an agency-setting
- Experience across multiple marketing communications disciplines
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful
- Working in Microsoft office
Additional Desired Skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
