Full Job Description

As the Head of Business Development for our client, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business development initiatives and driving growth for the company. This is a senior-level position where you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.

Location: Austin, TX, United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market shifts and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team regarding business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
