Full Job Description
The GOVX Warehouse Outbound Lead will own the process that ensures that customer outbound orders leave the GOVX Fulfillment Center (GXFC) timely and accurately. This position will report to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and be responsible for managing the outbound team and processing outbound order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the OB Team to comply with processing, inventory control, and safety as communicated by GXFC management.
- Identify any missing or damaged products for orders and correct as needed.
- Ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Ensure that all merchandise is handled with appropriate care throughout the picking process.
- Confirm all completed orders are loaded onto the correct carrier for shipping.
- Create and maintain tracking reports for daily output.
- Hold the OB Team accountable for daily quota.
- Manage OB Team time and attendance, including schedules, overtime, and time off requests.
- Set and maintain picking/packing order prioritization and communicate to team daily in standup meeting.
- Ensure all pick/pack supplies are properly stored and stocked.
- Ensure warehouse areas utilized by OB Team are neat and organized.
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Warehouse Manager.

- Math, written and computer literacy skills for creating invoices and other financial documents.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Supervisory experience in a fulfillment setting is preferred, but not required.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel required for this position (<3%).
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch.
- Occasional Saturday and weekday overtime may be required depending on work volume.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional environment subject to state and local health ordinances. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, pallet jacks, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. A hard hat is required when on the warehouse floor.

Pay Range
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
