Warehouse Outbound Lead in Tennessee

The GOVX Warehouse Outbound Lead will own the process that ensures that customer outbound orders leave the GOVX Fulfillment Center (GXFC) timely and accurately.  This position will report to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and be responsible for managing the outbound team and processing outbound order fulfillment. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the OB Team to comply with processing, inventory control, and safety as communicated by GXFC management.
• Identify any missing or damaged products for orders and correct as needed.
• Ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
• Ensure that all merchandise is handled with appropriate care throughout the picking process.
• Confirm all completed orders are loaded onto the correct carrier for shipping.
• Create and maintain tracking reports for daily output.
• Hold the OB Team accountable for daily quota.
