Senior Tax Accountant

Hire Resolve's client, a leading accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their team As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tax compliance and consulting process for a diverse client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in tax accounting to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Analyze and research tax issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Review financial statements and other financial documents
• Supervise and mentor junior tax accountants
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Experience with tax software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
