Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking Outside Field Sales Representative in West Knoxville. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in their assigned territory. They will actively pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and drive sales within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and pricing to provide customers with accurate information.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
