As a Chat Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.

Requirements

- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques for common technical issues.
