Field Service Technician

Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments and inspections at customer locations
• Identify and assess pest infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and offer recommendations for pest prevention
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and complete all necessary paperwork
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in pest control or a related field
• Pest Control Technician license or certification
• Strong knowledge of pests, their behaviors, and effective treatment methods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
