Field Service Technician

We are currently hiring for the position of Field Service Technician at Lookout Pest Control. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in our mission to provide exceptional pest control services to residential and commercial customers.

Lookout Pest Control is a well-established and reputable company, serving the Knoxville area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on delivering effective and personalized pest control solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments and inspections according to company standards
• Identify and address pest infestations using appropriate treatment methods
• Communicate with customers to understand their pest control needs and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all necessary paperwork
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Pest Control Technician license or certification
• Prior experience in pest control or a related field
• Strong knowledge of pests, their behaviors, and effective treatment methods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
