This position is a $50,000-base salary plus commissions with on target earnings between 100k and 120k!
City Wide is seeking a Sales Executive to generate sales leads and produce new client business in and around the Tri-Cities area (Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport). The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter's mentality, motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

What you will do in this role:
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
- Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
- Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list in the CRM.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Compensation
- Base salary of $50,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
- Top performers have the potential to earn over $120,000.
- We offer a gas card or car allowance.

Requirements
- 2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.
- Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.
- Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)
- Organized with territory management experience.
- Strong outgoing, dynamic personality
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
- Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
