Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of real estate and financing principles (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license (if required by state regulations) or willingness to obtain one.
Benefits
Base 36k plus uncapped commissions (potential 72k to 108k)
