Full Job Description
The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for order processing, timely shipping, and customer billing. Other tasks will include direct communication with sales brokers, customer data maintenance, sample fulfillment, and other ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities

· Customer Communication
· Inventory Availability Checks
· Review Shipping Documentation
· Customer Product Catalog Management
Requirements
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and proactively
· Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe skills
· ERP experience required – SAP Business One preferred
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
