Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SDR to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the growth of small business loan originations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound efforts, engaging with small business owners, and guiding them through the loan application process. This position is on-site in Charleston, SC.
Requirements
Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from small business owners interested in our loan products.
- Qualify leads to determine their eligibility and financial needs.
- Educate potential clients on our loan offerings, terms, and application process.
Outbound Prospecting
- Proactively reach out to small business owners through various channels, including phone, email, and SMS.
- Identify and target potential clients who may benefit from our loan products.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies.
Consultative Selling
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique financial requirements of each small business.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our loan products and guide clients through the application process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Collaboration with Sales Team
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement and closing.
- Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process
Documentation and Follow-Up
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for the loan application.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a timely and accurate completion of the application process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of small business lending and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
