Full Job Description

The CSM Market Director is responsible for scaling and representing the CSM brand in their local market through a dedication to professionalism and performance, on a daily basis.  The two areas of primary management responsibility for the business unit are sales and production which comprise our unit operations.  The Market Director will be the primary responsible party for unit economic performance, ultimately being measured on Net Profit.

Market Director will be responsible for leading Sales Manager and Production Manager.  To do this effectively the Market Director will need to have full understanding of both sales and production  departments.  This will be accomplished in a six month training process.  Below is a description of both the sales manager role and production manager role. 

Sales Manager 

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve goals. To include: 
    • Weekly meetings with sales inspectors reviewing each quote, conversion rates, etc. 
    • Perform crawl space inspections, as needed. 
  • Exceed Conversion Rate Goal (40%)
  • Build a strong long term lead pipeline through B2B relationships (Real Estate Industry, HVAC, Plumbing). 
  • Manage and achieve high levels of customer and community trust in the brand through active participation in the Google Review process.
  • Achieve lead flow results required to maintain sales volume by managing all aspects of local marketing initiatives including local digital marketing accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as PPC, SEO, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Actively manage all aspects of customer lead flow into CRM. 

Production

  • Work daily with Operations / Production Manager to ensure market goals are accomplished.

Requirements

Skills Requirements of Market Director

  • Full understanding of the unit level org chart of Sales and Production (listed above).  Able to manage both to a 25-20% net profit margin, after training and onboarding. 
  • Ability to analyze financial documents (balance sheet and profit and loss statement). 
  • Ability to effectively present information to the ownership team. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems. 
  • Proficiency with modern technology, including: Google Suite, Android or Apple OS, Spreadsheets. 
  • Growth minded.  Able to identify growth opportunities in the market with future vision for personal and business growth.

  • Physical activities (in addition to standard work activities) of this position include: Crawling - hands and knees, belly (army) crawling, maneuvering in tight spaces, working in dark spaces, handling light hand tools, as necessary. 

Benefits

$80,000 - $90,000

Eligible for market profit sharing bonus after 12 months
