About the role
LifeMD is searching for a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to bolster our HR team in Greenville, SC. As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in managing employee documentation, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding efforts, upholding company policies, and tackling various administrative tasks. You will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the smooth functioning of our department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Employee Files (Electronic) for new hires, current employees and off boarding
- Perform HR Audits maintaining local state and federal laws
- Coordinate with Payroll and Talent management teams for new hire orientation and onboarding
- Recruitment and Hiring: coordinating and conducting interviews and managing onboarding process and recruitment support as needed
- Employee Relations: addressing employees concerns, investigations, and promoting a positive work environment
- HR Reporting: support by generating reports requested and KPI tracking
- Policy Enforcement: Communicating company policies to employees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and addressing policy violations
- Complete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation
- Review and enforce company policy and legal compliance
- Must remain confidential regarding employee records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Experience with HRIS, Paycom and ADP experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
- Computer literacy and organizational skills
- Must be approachable and confidential
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance policies
