Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from parents and caretakers seeking information and assistance.

- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about our offerings and best practices in customer service.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to customer inquiries.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
