Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

BusinessLoans.com is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) to join our growing team! This is a crucial role responsible for managing the form optimization from start to finish. This position is on-site in Charleston, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Form Testing and Optimization:

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve form conversion rate.
• Identify and prioritize testing opportunities to improve form completion rates.
• Develop hypotheses for improving form performance based on user behavior and feedback.
• Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, heatmaps, user recordings, etc.) to identify conversion rate issues and opportunities.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate test results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics to measure the success of optimization efforts.

3. User Experience (UX) Enhancements:

• Collaborate with the design resources to ensure form designs are user-friendly and aligned with best practices.
• Conduct usability testing to identify friction points and areas for improvement in the form submission process.
• Work with the development team to implement and test form changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on form testing and optimization.
• Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Statsig, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web forms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
