Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

BusinessLoans.com is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) to join our growing team! This is a crucial role responsible for managing the form optimization from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

1. Form Testing and Optimization:

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve form conversion rate.
• Identify and prioritize testing opportunities to improve form completion rates.
• Develop hypotheses for improving form performance based on user behavior and feedback.
• Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations.
