Printfresh is currently seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Director to lead our wholesale division.
Printfresh is a national lifestyle brand focused on the women’s sleep, accessories and apparel markets. Our wholesale operation consists of representation by prominent regional showrooms and in-house management of key accounts. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading all efforts to strategize and execute the growth of the wholesale business.

Founded in 2016 by textile designer and fashion entrepreneur Amy Voloshin and her husband, Leo Voloshin, Printfresh is a majority woman-owned business offering a collection of sleepwear and lifestyle items inspired by plants, animals, and home décor. Our whimsical and unique designs start as gouache paintings and are translated into digital illustrations, with final patterns hand screen printed or embroidered by artisan partners in India on 100% organic cotton.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key wholesale accounts, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Showroom Management:Set up new regional showrooms and oversee their performance, ensuring they meet sales targets and brand standards.
- Brand Representation: Travel to key tradeshows and industry events (10+ shows in 2025) to represent Printfresh, gathering market intelligence and increasing brand visibility.
- Sales Presentations: Create and present compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our product lines and their unique value.
- Oversee Order Processing: Manage order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment to meet client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to optimize sales growth and achieve targets.
- External Relationships: Manage relationships with outside sales reps, setting and monitoring sales goals, providing information, sending samples, attending shows, and partnering on presentations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on email strategy and marketing materials for the wholesale business, ensuring alignment with DTC marketing content.
- Inventory Management: Partner with the Buyer/Planner to strategically unload excess inventory at the best price.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and production teams to align strategies and meet client demands.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting future trends and potential challenges.
Requirements

- Comfortable representing the brand to external partners in meetings, tradeshows, and virtual calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant sales/new business development experience.
- Proven experience in wholesale sales, showroom management and key account management within the fashion or gift industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (spreadsheets, docs, presentations) and CRM software. Able to navigate vendor tech platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with EDI and online ordering platforms (e.g., NuOrder,MarkeTime) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to tradeshows, client meetings, road appointments, and other events as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Passionate about the fashion and gift industry.

Benefits
This is a full-time position in our Philadelphia office, with a hybrid work schedule. In-office days are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The role offers a competitive salariy ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, excluding the annual sales target bonus. The specific offer will depend on factors such as location, skill level, and experience.
