Outside/Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Keystone Credit Services LLC, is a fast-paced collection based in Lititz, PA. We are part of Smoker & Company, family of companies. Our mission is to meet the total debt collections of our client while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance. We offer base pay plus commissions, health insurance, vision, dental, 401K and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our collection and debt services company
• Identify new prospective clients through various channels, including calls, in-person meetings, networking, internet and website opportunities
• Follow up on existing client leads
• Partner with Call Center staff to effectively follow up on leads they generate
• Drive the sales process by meeting with prospective clients, introducing Keystone's services and finalizing sales contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Ensure that the client has a complete understanding of our scope of services including costs involved.
• Submit activity and results reports to management including daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analyses
• Customize the content of sales presentations to target client markets
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
• Ability to organize work schedule to call on or meet with potential clients as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
• Proficient in using software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, sales or business administration preferred
• Three to five years sales experience
• Experience closing sales
• Proficient reading, writing skills
• Identifying growth opportunities
• Internet and phone access for remote work
