Online Booking Assistant

Ecosure Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Online Booking Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Booking Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and facilitating seamless online booking experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for managing online reservations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring processes are followed efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process online bookings for insurance services.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding bookings and policy information.
• Ensure accuracy of booking details and payment processing.
• Maintain and update the online booking system with current information.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting any booking issues they encounter.
• Communicate effectively with underwriters and sales teams to streamline the booking process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to clients post-booking.

Requirements
