The salary for this role is $60,000- $65,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee marketing projects including funnels, ad campaigns, and creative development.
    • Develop and overhaul current project management systems and processes.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on key deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
    • Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to stay on track.
    • Ensure marketing projects adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

    1. 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing environment.
    2. Proven experience managing a variety of marketing projects, such as funnel creation, ad campaigns, and creative content development.
    3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
    5. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results while fostering a positive work environment.
    6. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
    7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
    8. MUST be a self-starter, someone who is able to take initiative with minimal direction and check-ins. We need someone to fully OWN this role.
    9. MUST be a team player with a who has excellent verbal communication skills – this role will be working with multiple different people and potentially departments.
