About the Position
We are seeking a Designer to support the development of visually compelling training and educational materials for our client’s technical training team. This role focuses on executing creative projects, including print and digital assets, that simplify complex information and enhance learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects across mediums
Requirements
What you’ll be responsible for:
Graphic Design:
- Design and produce educational materials, including technical training guides, long-format books, and visual content.
- Create high-quality graphics for both digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign for the development of detailed materials and layouts.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the visual impact and clarity of training materials.
- Selecting and retouching photography
Content Creation:
- Transform complex technical information into clear, engaging visuals and infographics.
- Bridge gaps between print and digital formats to create cohesive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of both existing and new educational content.
Project Execution:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver creative assets on time.
- Manage multiple ongoing and ad-hoc creative projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide regular project updates and incorporate client feedback into revisions.
The skills and experience you should have:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or creative production.
- Experience working on educational or technical materials is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of print production and digital publishing processes.
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
It's a plus if you have:
- Familiarity with technical or educational content creation.
- Knowledge of learning design principles or online training tools.
- Understanding of branding and how it applies to educational content.
