Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths, America's Factory Direct Home Improvement Company, is growing and looking to add one talented Sunroom Design Consultant/Sales Representative to join our team in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

About the Role:

As a Sunroom Design Consultant, you will be the expert our clients rely on to transform their homes and lifestyles with a new sunroom. Our sunrooms provide customers with a unique space that lets them truly enjoy the outdoors indoors without concern for rain, heat, bugs and more. Our sunrooms are regarded as being the best in the industry and we have a market competitive advantage in that we manufacture the product!

Your role will include:

• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
• Providing expert advice on sunroom options and solutions (as well as other products)
• Delivering personalized design consultations that inspire and delight
• Guiding customers through the sales process with PASSION, PROFESSIONALISM and ENTHUSIASM
• Meet and deliver on sales expectations to the company and team

Qualifications:

• Proven consultative sales experience, preferably in a home improvement or design-related field (other sales fields will be considered)
• A background or strong desire in understanding construction, design or similar is desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping customers improve their homes and lifestyles
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
