Chief Human Resources Officer
Location: Pittsburgh, New York City/NJ, or Naples, Florida

Overview:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building and nurturing high-performance teams? We're looking for a dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function of our family of Financial Institution companies. In this role, you’ll create and implement HR strategies that directly support our business goals and foster a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the HR Strategy: Design and implement an HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals, vision, and mission.
  • Build Best Practices: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support talent management, employee relations, and more.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Develop comprehensive employee engagement programs, including recognition, rewards, and development initiatives.
  • Foster Inclusive Culture: Implement initiatives that promote diversity, inclusivity, and a respectful workplace culture.
  • Enhance Performance Management: Create and lead systems that boost performance, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry regulations.
  • Optimize HR Resources: Oversee HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Partner with senior leadership to ensure we attract, retain, and develop the best talent.
  • Leverage Technology: Manage HR systems and data analytics to support business objectives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 15+ years in HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years in senior executive positions in Public Accounting, Law Firms, or Wealth Offices.
  • Strong Leadership: Proven experience in leading successful HR teams and building strategic, high-performing HR functions.
  • HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices, along with financial acumen to manage HR budgets.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to implement innovative HR programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience in HR technology implementations and using data analytics to inform decision-making.
