Business Development Executive – Enterprise/Mid-Market Software

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by creating strategies and executing plans that generate high-quality leads and increase sales pipeline. This is a highly strategic role that requires strong leadership and the ability to make critical business decisions.
In collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership, you will contribute to crafting and executing a robust plan to ensure we hit our monthly and quarterly KPIs. You'll help drive growth, elevate prospecting strategies, and ensure we consistently achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Own and execute strategies for growing both inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Lead efforts for generating qualified business leads by working closely with managing and director teams, as well as partner sales and marketing teams.
- Strategic Leadership: Enhance current prospecting techniques and create processes that drive team performance and revenue generation.
- Team Performance: Build and maintain a positive, results-oriented team environment, ensuring the Outbound Business Development Representatives are meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Business Growth: Work with the Worldwide CEO on forecasting, planning, and budgeting in alignment with corporate objectives for North America.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve BDR performance, processes, and technology to increase efficiency and results.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of successful Business Development experience, preferably in Enterprise, ERP, or Supply Chain Software sales.
- Proven success in generating pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships.
- Demonstrated success with KPIs and consistent quota achievement.
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Expertise in sales prospecting strategies and a deep understanding of measurement techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
