SEEKING SALES EXECUTIVE! SUPER STAR PERFORMER – TOTAL COMPENSATION EXCEEDS $100K!

To support our rapid growth in the commercial facility maintenance industry, City Wide Facility Solutions Pittsburgh is seeking a professional who is driven, assertive, pro-active and enjoys outside sales.

Are you a college grad with at least 2 to 3 years of business to business outside sales experience?

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct regular prospecting using phone, email, social media, networking and in-person cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in a specified amount of sales per month.
  • Drive the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client requirements, making initial presentations, conducting facility surveys and developing and presenting proposals.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, educating them about our service capabilities and overcoming objections.
  • Utilize a provided customer relationship management system to maintain all prospect and client information.

Requirements

  • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude that loves to be challenged.
  • Metrics-oriented, organized, with a strong need to win and a proven track record of closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate a one-to-one meeting or a group presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
