- Represent ONE 2 ONE in the community through events like conventions and networking opportunities, as guided by management.
- Communicate and collaborate with all departments to meet company and departmental goals.
- Facilitate new customer onboarding for your designated accounts.
- Serve as the interdepartmental liaison for your assigned client accounts, both internally and externally.
- Conduct quarterly and/or annual business reviews with your assigned accounts.
- Prepare, review, and present technology budgeting and planning for your client accounts.
- Manage agreement cancellations and changes in client service agreements for your accounts.
- Provide overall account management support for all client accounts, addressing concerns, complaints, and compliments.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of each product and service we offer.
- Develop long-term strategies for client retention and relationship building.
- Identify, cultivate, and monitor a robust pipeline of qualified inside sales opportunities.
- Generate and close a specified number of inside sales opportunities in alignment with departmental initiatives and campaigns.
- Participate in client meetings to provide support and deliver impactful sales or company presentations.
- Practice consultative selling by listening, educating customers, building relationships, and fostering trust.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations using the “Top Down” approach and options sales system to maximize closing opportunities.
- Aim to meet or exceed your assigned inside sales quota every quarter.
- Strive to achieve additional key performance metrics as determined by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level degree and technology experience are required
- Minimum of 2 years of client account management experience
- Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
- Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with CRM software preferred
