Full Job Description

Job Expectations:

  • Champion and embody the ONE 2 ONE culture by aligning with our vision, mission, and core values.
  • Deliver a 5-Star Experience to all existing and potential customers.
  • Adhere to all company processes, policies, expectations, and procedures.
  • Utilize the company CRM, quoting software, and any other training resources effectively.
  • Work independently, remaining productive and proactive as a self-starter focused on profitability.
  • Engage in relevant webinars, seminars, conferences, and vendor trainings to stay updated on industry standards and skills.
  • Represent ONE 2 ONE in the community through events like conventions and networking opportunities, as guided by management.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all departments to meet company and departmental goals.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding for your designated accounts.
  • Serve as the interdepartmental liaison for your assigned client accounts, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct quarterly and/or annual business reviews with your assigned accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and present technology budgeting and planning for your client accounts.
  • Manage agreement cancellations and changes in client service agreements for your accounts.
  • Provide overall account management support for all client accounts, addressing concerns, complaints, and compliments.
  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of each product and service we offer.
  • Develop long-term strategies for client retention and relationship building.
  • Identify, cultivate, and monitor a robust pipeline of qualified inside sales opportunities.
  • Generate and close a specified number of inside sales opportunities in alignment with departmental initiatives and campaigns.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide support and deliver impactful sales or company presentations.
  • Practice consultative selling by listening, educating customers, building relationships, and fostering trust.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations using the “Top Down” approach and options sales system to maximize closing opportunities.
  • Aim to meet or exceed your assigned inside sales quota every quarter.
  • Strive to achieve additional key performance metrics as determined by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s-level degree and technology experience are required
  • Minimum of 2 years of client account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
