Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales within their given territory. Employee will manage a dealer base AND prospect open territories for our Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Dimension One and Sundance Spas products. Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving annual and monthly sales goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for generating regional sales by managing a current dealer base within the region (Northern California, Reno, Nevada, Oregon and Washington).
  • Prospect open territory; qualifying companies and signing on new dealers.
  • Conduct dealer site visits throughout territory. Roughly 40 active accounts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our dealers; train dealers in sales, service, operations and marketing functions.
  • Act as a liaison between the dealer and Jacuzzi/Sundance Spas to solve problems, clarify policies and procedure and maintain good working relationships.
  • Adhere to territorial spending goals and budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of field (outside) regional sales experience. Multi-State experience preferred.
  • Proven success meeting sales goals consistently.
  • Luxury retail sales experience required. Home improvement products sales is a plus.
  • 50 – 60% field travel by car (including overnights, if required by regional geography).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM preferred.

Compensation includes: Base Salary $110,000+ (Depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Gas + Quarterly bonus
