Full Job Description

Alpha IT, LLC is seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in handling a variety of administrative tasks. We are a fast-paced and growing company, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated, and eager to contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with AP/AR duties
  • Call on past due invoices
  • Assist customers in setting up autopay
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
