As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve success and maximize their utilization of the Opal platform. You will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and guiding them towards realizing value from our solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with assigned customers to understand their business objectives and ensure their success with Opal.
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, and implementation processes to drive adoption and usage of Opal’s features.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement of our platform.
- Assist with customer renewals and expansion opportunities by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, or a related client-facing role.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in working with/on marketing teams is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree in a related field a plus

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annual OTE (inclusive of base + variable)
