Customer Service Representative

District 33 is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complicated customer issues.
• Educate clients on their policy options to enhance their understanding of coverage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist clients with their needs.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
