- Document customer interactions and process transactions in our management systems.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complicated customer issues.
- Educate clients on their policy options to enhance their understanding of coverage.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist clients with their needs.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
