Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment processes.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition, including:

• Assisting with job postings and advertising
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments
• Managing candidate records and applicant tracking system
• Assisting with background checks and reference checks
• Assisting with recruitment events and career fairs
• Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director

The ideal candidate for this role has excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
