Full Job Description
University Village is looking for a Leasing Consultant to identify and attract potential residents and ensure a successful transition into the community. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, and developing of the marketing and public relations programs for University Village Assisted and Independent Living and its internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with an understanding of the complexities of retirement communities. The ability to drive census and manage lease transactions are essential.
Salary of $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact, providing tours and information, for potential residents and their families
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence
- Input lead data into the CRM program
- Assist with marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent
- Excellent organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics, preferred
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Training in marketing and/or communications or relevant field
