We are currently seeking a Business-to-Business Integrated Security Systems Sales Professional to join our team of the best fire protection and security professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Oklahoma City, OK location.
Job Description
- Selling new construction, retrofit, repairs, and maintenance for access control / security / VMS / public address systems to both new and existing enterprise-level accounts.
- This position will be responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts, and business development including up-selling and multi-line development of products and services to our existing customer base.
- Will be responsible for estimating, proposal generation, negotiation, and closing of integrated systems opportunities.
- Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow-up sales.
- Report progress and supply metrics to operation and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Participate in special product demonstrations and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the company’s image.
- Experience with sales for security, access control, and CCTV systems. Preference is given to those with experience and certification or background in Lenel, Software House, Avigilon, DMP, Salient Systems, and other manufacturers.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role that included presenting to potential clients and negotiating direct sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of the Security Industry and Houston region.
- Business to Business – Consultative Sales experience.
- Must be able to satisfy State, Federal, and Customs background check requirements.
