Role Overview: As a Remote Human Resources Coordinator, you will be a pivotal part of our team, managing HR functions to support our dynamic and growing workforce. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of HR tasks efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end remote recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local and international labor regulations.

Daily Activities:

  • Managing remote onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conducting virtual interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handling employee documentation and maintaining the HR database.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Organizing virtual training sessions and workshops.
  • Facilitating employee engagement activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
