Hire Living is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline support for our tenants and property owners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be crucial in building lasting relationships with our clients. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information regarding our properties and services. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Document all interactions with tenants and property owners in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist customers with issues related to property management, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve concerns effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Stay informed about our properties and services to provide the best support possible.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
