Our client, a prominent figure in the retail industry, is looking for a Senior Growth and Revenue Manager. The Senior Growth and Revenue Manager is responsible for all revenue-generating activities across the business. This position oversees sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations to drive sustainable growth and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead and align all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Set and achieve revenue targets, forecasting future performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success across all revenue-generating activities.
- Collaborate with other C-level executives to ensure revenue strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing strategies and ensure they align with market conditions and company goals.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, or revenue management.
- Strong understanding of various revenue models and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems and revenue operations technologies.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to operationalize complex concepts.
