As a Production Operator-Growth at Luxium Solutions, you'll become an expert in the crystal growth process. You'll be responsible for growing the largest and highest performing iodine-based crystals on the market. Description:

As a Production Operator-Growth, your main responsibilities will include preparing raw materials, loading crystal growth furnaces, and controlling the growth process. You'll also measure and record data to ensure process control and improvement. This role requires high concentration and visual attention for sustained periods of time.

Let's take a look at your daily duties:

• Entering data on the computer to set up run sheets.
• Recording and maintaining all production and quality records.
• Handling material equipment.
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Performing heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly if you have familiarity with handling compressed gases and flammable liquids.
