Experienced Machine Operator

Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator with experience in Plastic Injection Molding. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules
• Operate machinery to manufacture products while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of machine operations and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
