CNC/Swiss Machine Operator - Toledo, Ohio

Express Employment is seeking a skilled CNC/Swiss Machine Operator to join a team in Toledo, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC and Swiss machines to produce precise components and parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and Swiss machines based on engineering specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production of high-quality components
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring tools to meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting production efficiency or quality
• Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and machine maintenance
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes and workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC and/or Swiss machines
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with various precision measuring instruments
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
