Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all energy-related needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, effectively articulating the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation for management and executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, preferably in the energy or related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
