Full Job Description
This position would be responsible for:
- Maintain and control parts inventory, including managing an accurate and timely annual inventory count
- Create purchase orders for parts when needed for repair to easily match up the part with the repair
- Cross check when parts arrive to ensure inventory received matches what was ordered
- Complete appropriate paperwork to ensure customers get billed timely
- Build and manage a parts team that gives our customers an exceptional experience, getting the right parts to our customers quickly, and understanding how to find or order a part
- Completion of or assistance with warranty paperwork on equipment sold
- Be a role model of personal safety
- Approve invoice & maintain part number in computer system
- Market items and build booking orders seasonally to maximize sales
- Process warranty parts and return as needed
- Organize parts area and keep a clean showroom
- Post specials or programs on Facebook and company webpage
Requirements
- 2+ years of related managerial experience and experience in parts
- Motivated to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Prefer experience with agricultural equipment or in the agricultural industry
- Maintain a current driver's license
