Parts Manager in North Dakota

This position would be responsible for:

• Maintain and control parts inventory, including managing an accurate and timely annual inventory count
• Create purchase orders for parts when needed for repair to easily match up the part with the repair
• Cross check when parts arrive to ensure inventory received matches what was ordered
• Complete appropriate paperwork to ensure customers get billed timely
• Build and manage a parts team that gives our customers an exceptional experience, getting the right parts to our customers quickly, and understanding how to find or order a part
• Completion of or assistance with warranty paperwork on equipment sold
• Be a role model of personal safety
• Approve invoice & maintain part number in computer system
• Market items and build booking orders seasonally to maximize sales
• Process warranty parts and return as needed
