A national plumbing systems supplier is currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative to be based in the NC region. Responsibilities include selling plumbing supply solutions and product line within the NC market.
Position will require on-site meetings with companies in North Carolina and candidates must be in or near given territory.
What your will be doing:
- Successfully sell product line to general contractors, sub-contractors and retail suppliers within a given territory.
- Research the competitive landscape to identify prospects and establish key relationships with new clients
- Grow existing client base by conducting regular site-visits, corresponding through phone
- Effectively conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the company’s product line to prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and submit daily reporting
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience B2B, outside sales experience
- A proven track record in prospecting and expanding business within a given territory
- Strong account management skills with a history of developing long-term relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communication at a levels of an organization
- Able to travel 50% of the within the assigned territory, overnight travel required
- Valid driver’s license required
- BA required
