Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Detailing Technician! This role involves traveling in a company-provided detailing van within the Triangle or one of our 12 locations to deliver exceptional vehicle detailing services tailored to customer package selections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations or designated company sites to perform detailing services.
- Clean and detail vehicles and components to meet service package standards.
- Apply protective coatings and finishes as directed.
- Dry vehicle surfaces using cloths, squeegees, air compressors, or drying racks.
- Safely transport vehicles between workshops, customer locations, and homes.
- Utilize cleaning tools such as vacuums, brushes, hoses, and disinfectants to detail interiors and exteriors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is REQUIRED
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time & appointments
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in vehicle detailing is a plus but not required - training provided.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Must meet or exceed standards set by the industry recognized trade organizations. High School diploma or GED preferred. Must have some or limited training in mobile detailing, with demonstrated ability and desire to learn and develop further in this area.
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
Computer Skills: Entry level knowledge of computer equipment and applicable software applications
Reasoning Ability: Ability to manage priorities and be able to adapt to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Ability to perform assigned duties with high attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
